Syrian ambassador rejects US nuclear charges
After being briefed by American officials, Syria’s ambassador to Washington, Imad Moustapha, has denied US allegations that his country was building a nuclear reactor with help from North Korea.

US accuses Syria of building weapons reactor
US intelligence officials have released pictures they say show a Syrian nuclear reactor, built with help from North Korea.
Washington claims there is good reason to believe the plant was designed for non-peaceful purposes.
But seven months after Israel bombed the facility, Syria has dismissed the US accusations as a fantasy.
