South Africa homeless ‘further marginalised’ by World Cup – 04 Dec 09

Homeless people in South Africa say they are being pushed out as the country prepares to host the 2010 Football World Cup.

Organisers, under pressure to clean up the streets, insist that they are working to integrate the population, but other reports suggest the homeless will be housed in temporary camps.
