Moroccan officials will meet the pro-independence Polisario Front later on Monday for a new set of UN-sponsored talks over the disputed Western Sahara.Two rounds of negotiations last year produced little progress in ending the 32 year-conflict. And diplomats warn failure to clinch a deal could lead to renewed fighting.

They have been wrangling over Western Sahara for decades, but Morocco and the Polisario Front are still no closer to reaching an agreement.Morocco claims the North African territory as its own, but it is disputed by the Polisario movement which wants an independent state.Now, the Front, in its first general congress since 2003, is proposing a return to warfare. And as Zeina Awad reports, a generation of young Sahrawis are growing up in refugee camps, unsure of their future.
