It’s aimed at easing the transition for prisoners about to be set free. Al Jazeera’s Nick Clark reports on an experiment which is producing positive results.
Hundreds of Norewegian deep sea divers have accused the government of ‘neglect’.
Around 30 years ago, up to 4,000 divers were employed to build oil pipelines, at potentially dangerous depths.
Their efforts have helped make Norway one of the world’s richest nations.
But the divers claim their lives have been ruined by injuries suffered in the pursuit of oil.
