No majority for any party in NWFP, Pakistan - 29 Feb 08

The religious parties who swept the polls in the last elections after the US led invasion of Afghanistan have suffered a major set back due to a split in the religious party’s alliance .

Now the people of the frontier have given what is considered a split mandate with the Awami national Party the most number if seats.
